Rain or shine, Entraide Diabétique du Québec’s trucks will pick up your gently used clothing and other items you no longer need at your door. Give a second lease on life to your items while helping diabetics!

After you submit your request, we will contact you to schedule a pickup date. On the scheduled day, one of our drivers will come to your home. Place your donations at the agreed-upon location. Label them with a piece of paper marked “D” for “Diabetes”. This will help our driver identify the items to collect.

The driver determines the pickup time on the day of the collection. We cannot provide an exact time in advance. If everything goes as planned, the driver will collect your donations and leave a “Thank You” card.

Please note that we cannot issue a tax receipt for donated items. Only monetary donations are eligible for a tax receipt.

If plans change, the driver will leave a “Sorry” card to let you know that the pickup could not be completed. Please contact us to schedule a new date. Your donations are very important to our mission.
